The installation of my new roof, using the finest asphalt products (GAF LayerLock®-labeled Timberline® Shingles) and the best warranty available, was completed within 2 days on a 3,500-square-foot residence. The crew demonstrated exceptional professionalism and expertise. Throughout the process, I was consistently informed of each phase, and upon completion, the site was entirely cleaned. They took meticulous care to address all my concerns. Capital Siding is an outstanding company!!! I got referred to them by a siding guy that got out of the business and I am so glad he referred me. I gave Jeff the bid from the other company as a reference for what work needed to be done. Jeff and Danny came out to my house, checked out the siding, and subsequently told me that not all of that work needed to be done. They could have just quoted the same thing that the other company did, undercut it a little and I would have been happy. But they didn't do that. They did just what was needed and saved me over $8,000!!! And from the beginning to the end, the whole team was AWESOME to work with. Organized, professional and just a great family-owned business... We hired Capital Siding, Windows, and Roofing to replace the roof and gutters of our new house and we couldn't be happier! During the process of buying our new home, the house suffered hail damage from the hail storm on September 22, 2025. This resulted in us having to push out our closing date by a month (due to the seller and their insurance process). I had spoken with Jeff and Danny earlier in the year to look at siding and window updates on our current house and they had impressed me with their thoroughness, respect, and lack of pushy sales techniques. So, after we found out about the hail damage on the new house, they were the first call I made. Although the house was not yet ours, Jeff and Danny did a thorough assessment of the damage and provided us with a reasonable and competitive estimate to replace the roof and the gutters. They also provided competitive estimates for upgrading the shingles from Class 3 to Class 4 - hail resistant shingles. This upgrade saved us quite a bit on our home owners insurance and we'll see a payback in 3 years. They also upgraded our box vents to a continuous ridge vent to provide better ventilation in the attic. They even extended the ridge vent to the edge of the roof so that it looked consistent. This was a minor change that made the new roofline just look that much cleaner. Once we closed on the house, Capital got started the very next day! Within 3 days we had a brand new roof and within 5 days the whole project was completed. I would highly recommend Capital Siding, Windows, and Roofing to anyone looking to replace / upgrade their roof. They were responsive, respectful, and efficient. The whole process was smooth and I never felt pressure to do anything I wasn't comfortable with. Lastly, if you have wind, hail, or storm damage - don't go with the hail chasers like Trinity Exteriors, Prominent Construction, or Estate Claim Services that push you to file a claim with your insurance and then take all the money regardless of what an actual repair would cost. I had a good experience with Jeff and his crew. Jeff took the time to make sure there wouldn't be any surprises as we talked through the cost of replacing my roof. He also took the time to provide an updated completion list for me to submit to my insurance company after the job was completed, which provided me with an extra $950 payment beyond what I initially received. My experience working with Capital Siding, Windows, & Roofing was fantastic—and no surprise, considering they are a family-owned business! I purchased new windows and doors. The windows and doors have been installed for 12 months now, and I’ve had zero issues. Jeff and Danny are very knowledgeable and laid-back, which makes them easy to work with. Jeff and Danny were very helpful in explaining the process to us. The crew was professional, respectful, and kept the work area clean throughout the process. Everything looks fantastic — the attention to detail really shows. Being a first-time home buyer, I did not expect to be filing an insurance claim 3 months after I purchased my home. When I purchased my home, the roof was 20 years old, and I did not expect to get any coverage on my roof. 2 Hailstorms in the first 3 months caused damage and leaking I could not ignore. Because of the age of my roof, I debated to myself filling a claim, unsure if the hail damage was going to be enough to outweigh the age of the roof. I expected the insurance to brush it off and deny any claim. I ended up choosing a contractor that did not end up working out and was back looking for a contractor 2 months after the storm. I had leaks in my roof and was getting very stressed out through the whole process. I was contacted by jeff and Danny after looking around on Angie's list. I did not expect to get my phone bombarded by 20 different contractors just by looking into and starting a job on Angie's list. I only entertained a couple quotes from those contacts and I'm glad Jeff reached out to me. From my very first interaction with them I was happy the previous contractor didn't work out. Jeff and Danny were very professional and helped talk me into making a claim. Danny was amazing working with the insurance team and Jeff helped ease my mind every step of the way. Their due diligence and professional work ethic helped get a full claim for my roof. I don't have a huge roof but the team that worked on it did a wonderful job and was completed in one day. The office team was very helpful with all my questions going back and forth with my insurance and Danny and Jeff were always available when I needed them.
